Go behind the scenes to discover how our award-winning whisky is crafted. From grain to glass, our expert guides bring the art and science of distilling to life. The tour concludes with a tasting of three exceptional drams showcasing the character of Lindores Abbey whisky.
History Tour & Aqua Vitae Tasting
Explore the atmospheric ruins of Lindores Abbey, one of Scotland's most significant medieval monasteries. Walk in the footsteps of Robert the Bruce, David II and Edward I, and hear the stories of William Wallace. The monks here first recorded the distillation of aqua vitae in 1494, the earliest written record of Scotch whisky. Complete your history tour with a tasting of our award-winning Aqua Vitae.
